We have extensive experience in working with entrepreneurs and working to revitalize economically depressed communities. To date, we have assisted over 700 businesses. These businesses range from start-ups developing their idea to businesses generating $8M a year in revenue.

We have diverse owners and a diverse team.

Diversity amongst our team is a priority. Our owners are female and Hispanic, and we are intentional in building a diverse team of mentors and staff. To further ensure inclusive entrepreneurship, we can do our programming and mentoring in Spanish.

We work daily to help build stronger communities.

We work hard every single day to build stronger communities. In May 2018, the Paramount Team was awarded the First Prize in the 2018 Citizens Bank Small Business Community Champion Contest for our outstanding work and contribution to our community.

Building strong relationships is important to us.

We put time and effort into building strong relationships because we know they are invaluable. This applies to clients, program partners, and community stakeholders. Trish serves on the Erie County Lead Team to share information with community leaders and stakeholders to maximize resources.

We meet people where they are.

Each person is different. We adapt our coaching to meet each person’s learning style, education level, work schedule, and personality to ensure we meet clients where they are in life so they can absorb and understand our teachings.

Collaboration is our mantra.

We know we can accomplish much more by collaborating with strong program partners and community stakeholders. In 2021, The Beaver County Chamber of Commerce recognized Paramount with their Leadership Beaver County Partner of the Year Award for our work in building collaborative partnerships and projects with municipalities and Leadership Program participants.

The Catapult Program we created and facilitated won the Silver Excellence in Economic Development Award from the International Economic Development Council (IEDC) in the category of Economic Equity and Inclusion.
